Recruitment & Training of new employees
by taking interview and test according to company requirements.

Coordinate to implement new H.R. policies ( e.g. Attendance, SHE, &
Professional Development Policies ) within the company.
● Responsible for creating reports,
presentations and to collect different types of data for the development of
different type of reports for the directors.

Responsible to supervise all purchasing of company’s production accessories
from different suppliers.

Supervise company’s inventory management system.
● Correspondence with
foreign buyers, government departments, suppliers etc.

Responsible to train company employees/create awareness about company’s
rules and regulations and their responsibilities
·
Supervise record keeping both in the form of soft and hard copy format.
● I have developed dynamic web sites and
digital catalogue CDs for the company, which includes an order-tracking
system for its foreign clients, for the purpose of immediate feedback to the
customers of their enquiry/order status from all over the world.
● I also co-coordinate to
implement Wal-Mart & ISO certification requirements for
compliances in the company.
